When we heard that One-Way had a new skatepark, inside a mall, on the 2nd floor, naturally we packed The Boys in the 9-ball truck and streaked up the coast. Shaun Ross, Elijah Anderson, and Tibs Parise were flying the 9-Ball flag while Connor Getzlaff and Tyrone Olson kept it technical for the Gullwing Army.
The Breadbowl was swarmed by a group of do-gooders, led by Gullwing Truck Co., and rallying around a benefit for Ben Schroeder. The mayhem that followed was our favorite kind! Karl Strauss beers, Wahoo’s fish tacos, raffles, punk rock, and a burly skate session!
The boys spent a couple nights in the woods and every waking moment dismantling the Mammoth Park. Don’t kid, the place is gnar!
Shaun Ross and Elijah Anderson waited all winter long for the snow to melt up in Mammoth. When they finally got their shot they didnt waste any time. Straight into ninja kicks, doubles runs, Eli’s deep end coping clinic, and classic Shaun Ross mega blasts.
