Team Rider Clark Gracie reps Sector 9 at the Pan American Jiu-jitsu tournament in Irvine, CA., last weekend. Its a four day tournament put on by the IBJJF. Pan is the second biggest tournament in the world after the Worlds, which is held in June. Clark won his first 3 matches, but lost by 2 points to the champion of the division, thus taking 3rd place. Clark is a local to La Jolla and has an academy there where he teaches Gracie jiu jitsu. For more info check out www.clarkgracie.com or “clark gracie jiu jitsu” on facebook.

The photo album from the Clash at Clairemont gives you a good idea how heavy the sessions were! All the skaters there were killing it, and Sector 9 destroyed it with Jake Piasecki and Shaun Ross taking #1 and #2 in the Longest Board Slide contest. Big thank you to Grind For Life for putting on another epic event and continuing to do what they do!
World Water Day was 3/22 and Henry Rollins, legendary punk rocker and human rights activist, put out this PSA to bring awareness to World Water Day and the A Drop In The Bucket Foundation.
This is a great cause, help spread the message!
