Downhill Division teammates Jeff Budro and Louis Pilloni go head-to-head at the MuirSkate Downhill Disco. Ramps, banks, and other obstacles made for a challenging course but not enough to keep Jeff from taking 3rd place!
This year Jeff Budro headed back into the woodshop to sculpt his new 36" pro model board designed for and dedicated to the all-around skater. From the hills to the skatepark and back to the launch ramp, Jeff linked with other Sector 9 team riders to showcase just how versatile this new shape is.
It was another big year at the MuirSkate Downhill Disco! With more ramps and bigger features the skating was top notch. Congrats to Jeff Budro for claiming 3rd place in the cone race against all the up-and-comers! Also thank you to MuirSkate for hosting another killer event!

We're very proud to introduce Matt Kienzle's first pro wheel! We took Matt's favorite secret 65mm slide wheels and dialed it in just for him. We started with his favorite urethane for leaving sugary lines, trimmed the edge of the wheel to the core for smoother slides, and chamfered that same edge for ease into slides. Throw that into the new Cosmic core, bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and you've got one kick ass slide wheel.
The Downhill Division's Dave Angelus and Rachel Rayne get tangled up in a massive pile up in Texas. Dave must have soaked himself in his Hippy Oil because he’ s the only one who makes it through on his skateboard. Bruised and bloodied but everyone survived with nothing major. Skate safe kids.
